Do you know what I hate about my house? The CURTAINS! They are really ugly. They were here when we got the house, and since they're sheer and thin, they have basically shredded. Since we're finally getting around to decorating our house, curtains are at the forefront of our minds. Now we have another dilemna. Good quality, pretty curtains are hard to find, and when you do, the cost is often well out of our budget.

Enter Contempo Curtains. I'll admit, I was initially put off by the name of the online store. But after visiting the site, I saw that they had beautiful custom curtains, gorgeous pillows, and delightful wall coverings. There are three categories of curtains: Modern, Retro and Grommet. The curtains in the modern category have bold colors and big patterns. Although the curtains in the Retro category don't match the era of my home, they catch my eye the most, with the blocks, circles and florals. They look like something out of a 1950's home! The Grommet curtains are beautiful, with bright dual colors and big, attractive grommets that the pole feeds through. I love these, and could really see them in my home. The Festive design best matches my home. It would look really nice in my dining room.
