One of the side notes of my new lifestyle is that I am constantly looking for ways to increase my family's income, and invest in our future. It's difficult to figure out what's real, what's legitimate, and what will work.

Lately, I've been considering real estate investments. With the market so low, real estate is a steal if you can afford it. Unfortunately, I don't have the excess funds to buy and flip a house. So, on to the next idea.
