Small business startup help

Remembering back five years ago when I started my business, I think of the frustration I had in finding out the information I needed to be a legal company. There was so much information needed, and so few resources to finding the answers. It took many months before I was confident that I had all of my ducks in a row. It seemed like whenever I felt like everything was right, a new issue would crop up. I felt like I could never find the answers I needed.

Now, as I begin closing down my small business, there are resources readily available all over the internet. Whenever I started my company, it would have helped considerably to have a one stop shop to help me decide between becoming a corporation or an LLC, and a place to find the forms and documents needed.  That type of site simply didn't exist back then.

Fortunately for new business nowadays, there is Corporations 101.  IncParadise.com  is in the business of helping new businesses figure the way through the startup maze on their helpful site.

For instance, did you know that if you're an LLC, you must hold regular meetings of directors and shareholders? And that if you're ever audited, the IRS will likely ask for the minutes of these meetings?

IncParadise offers a number of services to help you thorugh this. Services range from free forms to help you set up the LLC, forms to help you take company minutes, a full set of documents from $25-$30, or assistance to help you obtain your tax ID for only $25.

This is very important information. It would have been nice to know this when determining the type of business I had. This website would have provided a wealth of informations, and kept me from wasting a lot of time and frustration finding this information myself.
