Why I Pay Per Post

Have you noticed a bit of a shift at my blog? I have a new hobby; I make money blogging! How amazing is that? I get to do something I love to do, and I get paid to do it!

Years ago, I wrote product and parenting reviews on a different website. I really enjoyed the experience at first, but after a few years, it seemed to become a popularity contest, an attempt to draw people to your reviews for money, not because it was a quality review.  People had their group of online buddies who daily visited each other’s reviews, just to earn money. The reviews eventually lacked an objective reference. This watered down the effectiveness of this site, and after nearly two years, I decided to leave the community.

When I first heard of Pay Per Post, I was wary. Was this another popularity contest? Eventually, a number of people in my blogging communities became members. They talked about reviewing real companies, real products, and real opportunities. Many of them have made quite a bit of money doing this. So I went to the site, and read the specifics. I was impressed with the focus on blog ethics. Pleased with what I read, I decided to take the plunge.

I'm verbose! I have something mportant to say! I look forward to sharing my views and reviews on a number of things. I am anxious to try new products and visit new websites to see how they can be implemented in real life. I hope you will learn from my research and experiences. I won't make the amount of money I made owning my own company, but I will make enough to hang out at Starbucks and write. Maybe I can save up and get something fun for my hubby for Christmas. Check out Pay Per Post! I have a lot of fun doing this. blog ethics
