Workout Wednesday
I lost it yesterday.
After a week on the new Weight Watcher's Core plan, I just couldn't face it anymore. I had been grousing about how often, I couldn't eat, because the required core meals take too much time to fix. So I decided to throw a temper tantrum and just eat whatever. Yeah, that was mature. Yesterday, I overindulged at lunch. That left me enough to be able to eat just a bit of the chicken I fixed last night. At least the chicken was delish!
For some reason, I woke this morning with a determination to be more positive about this process. I went to Curves. I ate one of those disgusting weight loss shakes. I built my Weight Watcher's meeting into my schedule. I ran into Robyn, and she's going, too.
Once dance starts, I'll be doing Curves Monday, Wednesday and Friday, tap on Tuesday and adult on Thursday. IF I get this job I really, really, really, really, really want, then I'll be walking UPHILL to work every day. I will probably be winded the first few weeks, but I expect, just like Grandma, eventually it will become part of my routine.
Don't get me wrong. I truly desire to be very, very healthy. I just don't want to have to work to do it HA.
