1) I dream of writing and PUBLISHING a book. Or two. Or three. I do have two written, but I'm too scared of rejection to publish them.

2) I had a completely sucky childhood, but instead of dwelling on it, I have turned my life around and have gotten rid of the demons of my past. And because of that, I'm a pretty cool person, and all of my dreams have come true!

3) I want to learn another language. I am forcing myself to learn Spanish online, so that I can hopefully communicate for my upcoming mission trip.

4) I have the halves of two cars in my garage right now.  One is the PorscheI got Darren for his birthday and one is the go kart Darren's WEBELOS den is making for the upcoming derby.

5) My fond childhood memories include when my uncle took me to a baseball game at Royals Stadium as a child, and caught a ball. Lots of happy memories at what is now known as, "The K," including dropping my pink hairbrush down the spiral stairs, parading around the outfield in my Girl Scout uniform, tossing my baseball autograph book down into the Royals bullpen, only to have Rusty Meacham point out that I was "cool," for having so many great autographs, hanging outside the tunnel after a game hoping to grab an autograph from a player, "TALKING MY WAY INTO THE PRESS BOX AT THE STADIUM, AND BECAUSE OF THAT, BECOMING FRIENDS WITH ROYALS HALL OF FAME ANNOUNCER DENNY MATTHEWS." Yes, I love baseball, I love my Royals, and all's well.

6) I want to be a SAHM. Not a WAHM. Not anything. I just want to stay home. And be a Mom. And a wife.

7) In all of my 38 years of life, no guy has ever had a crush on me. Except my DH, but that wasn't really a crush, because we happened so fast. And I kind of regret that.  I have had a lot of crushes, though!

8) I am a member of Alpha Gamma Delta sorority, but I'm not your typical sorority girl. I got into it because the charity was the Juvenile Diabetes Foundation, and I thought I could help raise a lot of money for research. I realized that wasn't really that important, though, so I went from active to alumn after 3 years, and never looked back. Although now I wish I was more involved.
